Tofu egg


























Materials:

3 chicken eggs
1 tablespoon NESTLE ® Dancow Fullcream
1 fruit Maggi Chicken Flavor ® Block
½ teaspoon salt
300 grams of white out, cut into small pieces
1 leek, thinly sliced
Cooking oil to taste

Sauce Ingredients:
100 ml of water to cook
1 teaspoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons soy sauce

Sauce ingredients are refined:
2 tablespoons fried peanuts
3 fruit chili sauce
1 clove garlic
1 fruit Maggi Chicken Flavor ® Block

Supplementary Material:
50 grams of bean sprouts, brewed boiling water, drained
50 g cucumber, cut into small
1 tablespoon fried shallots

Managing way:


- Beat the eggs with Dancow, Maggi and salt until blended.
- Combine with tofu and scallions.
- Make the dough into 3 pieces fried. Cook until dry on both sides.

How to Make Sauce:
- Mix the water with subtle seasoning mix well.
- Add the soy sauce and lime juice, mix well.

Cara Makes
- Place the omelet on a serving plate, put bean sprouts and cucumbers.
- Give supplementary materials.
- Flush the sauce.
