Lontong noodles




























Material:

* 2 tablespoons cooking oil

* 3 cloves garlic, crushed

* 2 red onions, diced

* 2 tbsp ebi, scalded, drain and puree

* 2 cm ginger, crushed

* 1 1.2 liters of water

* 2 tsp salt

* 1 / 2 tsp pepper powder

* 2 tablespoons soy sauce

* 250 grams of wet noodles

* 100 grams bean sprouts, remove the roots

* 1 leek, sliced

* 1 tablespoon chopped parsley

Complement:
Lontong, fried onions, crackers, and boil sauce: 2 large red chilli, chilli pepper 10 red, 2 garlic cloves boiled, baked, lift, blend with 1 / 4 tsp salt.

How to Make:

1. Heat the cooking oil, saute garlic, onion, and ebi until fragrant. Enter the ginger, water, salt, pepper powder, bring to a boil. After boiling, put soy sauce.

2. After boiling again, put noodles, bean sprouts, scallions, and chopped celery, cook for a while, lift.

3. Prepare a bowl, put lontong, pour over noodles, sprinkle with fried onions, complete with chili stew and crackers.
