How to make Mendoan
Material:
* 300 g tempeh, sliced thinly 10x15 cm wide
* 2 leeks, thinly sliced
* 100 g rice flour
* 1 tbsp plain flour
* 125 ml water
* Cooking oil
Blend:
* 2 cloves garlic
* 1 red onions
* 1 tsp coriander
* ½ teaspoon pepper grain
* 2 tsp salt
How to make:
* Stir the flour with subtle spices, scallions, and water until blended.
* Dip each piece of tempeh in a flour batter.
* Fry in hot oil and lots of flour until dough is frozen but not yet hardened, mature but not yellow or dry. Lift, drain.
* Serve warm with chili soy sauce. For 12 pieces.
