How to make vegetable watercress
Material:
1 bunch watercress was, cleaned and finely cut.
Santan from 1 / 2 bh coconut milk 1 lt thin and thick coconut milk 200 cc.
Pete thinly sliced 10 pcs (if you like).
2 pcs bay leaves
1 cm galangal digeprak.
Subtle seasoning:
Onion 3 pcs
Garlic 2 pcs
Kemiri 3 bh
1 tablespoon brown sugar.
Salt to taste.
How to cook;
Stir fry until fragrant spices and smooth input and thin coconut milk, galangal bay leaf to boiling and then enter the kale and bananas (optional), cook until tender and kale last input thick coconut milk and stir and cook until done.
Serve with hot rice and sambal.
