How to make meatballs

MATERIAL:
300 GR BEEF OR CHICKEN chopped
3 HR starch (tapioca FLOUR)
3 FRUIT Garlic, crushed / 2 SDT GARLIC POWDER
1 egg, white ONLY
1 tsp baking powder expands BAKSONYA SO GOOD
