Goyobod Ice























Materials:

100 ml sugar syrup
4 tablespoons Chinese girlfriend, boiled
100 grams of avocado, dredging meat
150 grams of young coconut meat, finely dredging
200 ml coconut milk
100 ml sweetened condensed milk NESTLE ® brand Miss Ice drawstring

Raw dough hunkue:
100 grams of flour hunkue
Dilute 600 ml coconut milk

Managing way:


Creating Hunkue:
1. Make dough hunkue than 100 grams of flour with 600 ml hunkue thin coconut milk, heat over low heat until thickened stirring evenly.
2. Pour batter into mold and chill.
3. Cut the cooled hunkue.

Serving Ice Goyobod:
1. Pour syrup in a glass serving, fill with pieces hunkue, Chinese girlfriend, avocado and coconut.
2. Pour coconut milk, fresh bread and berries shaved ice.
3. Give sweetened condensed milk.
4. Serve.

Tips:
- In addition to flour can be used hunkue sago palm flour to get a nice chewy taste.
- Coconut milk is used is coconut milk which is squeezed from grated coconut cooked with water instead of boiled coconut milk, so it's more palatable.
