Cah of corn squid




























400 gr large squid, cleaned, cut into 3 x 5 cm, slivers
200 g baby corn (putren), oblique slices of 1 cm
100 g carrots, sliced thin oblique
Spices:
Bh 1 onion, thinly sliced round
2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
2 cm ginger, thinly sliced
2 pcs red chili, seeded and thinly sliced
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 / 2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 / 4 tsp ground pepper
50 ml broth

* Boil sliced squid in hot water until the bloom, lift.
* Heat the cooking oil, saute the onion, garlic, ginger until fragrant. enter squid, carrots and baby corn and stir well.
* Add the soy sauce, oyster sauce, pepper powder, red chilli and water, stir, cook until done. Lift.
