Manado Porridge



























Materials:

1 liter of water
Block 2 fruit Maggi Chicken Flavor, squeeze
2 tablespoons NESTLE ® Dancow Fullcream
100 grams of white rice, rinsed, drained
1 piece of sweet corn, comb the seeds
50 grams of spinach leaves
50 g watercress leaves
200 grams pumpkin, cut into pieces
100 grams of yellow sweet potatoes, cut into pieces
Gedi 3 leaves, chopped basil leaves v40

Supplementary Material:
Salted fish Jambal bread, fried dried
Sambal Terasi

Managing way:


1. Boil water, Maggi, and enter Dancow rice.
2. Cook until rice is tender.
3. Enter corn, pumpkin and sweet potatoes, cook until soft.
4. Add the spinach leaves, watercress, Gedi and basil. Simmer until thick.
5. Foster, serve hot with a complement.


Tips:
1. If the children are less able to chew vegetables, leafy vegetables like spinach, kale can be chopped fine or dicincnag smooth.
2. Adjust the taste of vegetables with your kelaurga.
