How to make porridge Candil



















Porridge Candil

Materials circle:
250 g glutinous rice flour
3 tablespoons granulated sugar
2 teaspoons water whiting
1 teaspoon salt
150 ml of water

Material Jenang:
Java 250 gr sugar
75 gr sugar
1 teaspoon salt
2 pandan leaves
1 liter of water
5 tablespoons rice flour + 5 tablespoons rice flour, diluted with a little water

How to Make:

* Boil Javanese sugar, granulated sugar, salt and pandan with 1 liter of water until boiling and sugar dissolves. Strain the sugar water to remove feces, set aside.

* Stir until thickened and cooked


Coconut milk sauce:
250 ml thick coconut milk
Pandan leaves 1
1 / 2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons cornstarch, dissolved in a little water.

How to make coconut milk:

* Cook the coconut milk, pandan leaves and salt over medium heat, stirring, stirring so santannya not broken.
