How to make Klepon







leather:

Suji 30 leaves, crushed

200 ml warm water

2 drops green

225 grams of glutinous rice flour

150 grams of steamed potatoes, mashed

how to make:

1. Pour warm water into the leaf and Suji and strained juice, add the green color.

2. Pour water mixture into the Suji leaf sticky rice flour. Knead until smooth.

3. Enter steamed potatoes, salt, knead until dough is dull.

4. Take the dough skins @ 10 grams, pipihkan then add brown sugar. A round.

5. Boil the water and enter the sphere klepon. Boil until floating. Lift.

6. Steamed grated coconut, salt, pandan leaves for 20 minutes.

7. Lift and roll the sphere klepon coconut until covered.
